More About Us

Welcome to Magnolia

Surrounded by water on three sides, Magnolia is the second largest neighborhood in Seattle by area.
Depending on where you live in Magnolia, you could have city, water, mountain views or even all three.
Magnolia’s jewel (and Seattle’s largest park), is Discovery Park. Over 530 acres combines miles of scenic walking trails with wildlife like eagles, herons, falcons, seals and owls.

Check out the historic homes above the bluffs, remnants from Fort Lawton (an old naval base), or the West Point Lighthouse, built in 1881.

In addition to the views beaches and parks, Magnolia has a small-town feel, right down to its annual Little League parade and shopping on West McGraw Street.

If you ever do find the need to leave Magnolia, you can be in Belltown, Queen Anne, downtown or in Ballard in less than 15 minutes.

We are located in the heart of Magnolia at 3214 W McGraw Street. Suite #102
